Liquid Liner Tips

• Use liquid eyeliner on just the top eyelids.
   
• Want “Marilyn Monroe” eyes use liquid liner!
   
• If you’re using a liquid liner, rest your elbow on a hard surface to for better control.
   
• Start at the center of the eyelid, then take the liner to the inner corner of the eye, getting as close to the lashes as possible. Now, go back to the center of the eyelid and take the liner brush outward.
   
• If your liner smudges, clean up the line with a dampened Q-tip.
