Step 1
When applying
eyeliner, tilt your head back and look downward into your mirror. This
tightens the eyelid making it easier to apply the liner.

Step 2
Apply the liner close to the base of your eyelashes.
Step 3
Apply in a thin line and soften using a cotton swab if desired.
Step 4
Practice until you get the look you desire.
