Don’t Overlook Your Eyebrows

Eyebrows are one of our most expressive facial features. They are also one of the most overlooked features when it comes to make up.  Many women will give the minutest attention to their lips, eyes and face, but leave the eyebrows au natural.  Eyebrows need to be tweezed if they are too bushy or filled in if too sparse.  You fill them in using makeup.

Make Up

Makeup for the eyebrow consists of powder or pencil.  There are some brow finishers that are liquid or wax.  These don’t add color, but help hold the brow in shape.  My favorite eyebrow makeup is powder.  Powder allows you to feather the brow in a natural way.  It also allows you to control the amount you put on.  Pencils give a less natural look to the brow.  Using a pencil, you’re more likely to get a harsh line instead of the soft look you want to achieve.
